3D CT scan, full treatment plan
Conventional 2-stage titanium dental implant and healing cap
Post-surgical care over 3 - 4 appointments, Usually 4-6 month implant healing time.

Stage 2: $2005 – Custom Abutment and Crown

*Warranty only valid if patient maintains at least 1 cleaning appointment per year at our office
